Project Overview
This project was a comprehensive refurbishment and interior design scheme for a refined apartment on Gloucester Road, overlooking the classic white-stucco terraces of Kensington.
The client's brief was to create a glamorous, contemporary home with fully integrated technology and a curated, layered interior — comfortable to live in and finished to a high standard throughout.
We coordinated the project from first fix through to final styling, acting as the client's single point of contact and managing every trade, supplier and specialist to protect programme, quality and budget.
Scope of Works
The apartment was fully refurbished and finished as a designed, technology-integrated home:
- Strip-out, re-plastering and preparation of walls and ceilings throughout.
- Recessed media walls with wall-mounted televisions and fully concealed AV wiring.
- First-fix electrical, data and audio-visual installations.
- Textured grasscloth and designer wallcoverings, including statement feature walls.
- Full redecoration throughout in a soft, contemporary palette.
- Second-fix joinery and fine finishing to panelled doors, architraves and skirtings.
- New engineered flooring with careful protection of finishes during the works.
- Bespoke roman blinds, window treatments and layered lighting throughout.
- Full coordination of all trades through to snagging and handover.
Interior Design & Styling
Alongside the building works, we coordinated a complete interior design and styling package — grey velvet and button-tufted seating, mirrored side tables, marble coffee tables, a sculptural driftwood console and beaded chandeliers, layered with textured wall art, greenery and considered accessories to create a polished, inviting scheme.
