Hammond Row started with a handful of private clients and a conviction that buying property in the UK shouldn't feel like a leap of faith. What began as a discreet property search service grew, project by project, into something broader — a single point of contact for every stage of owning property in Britain.
As clients trusted us with more, we brought refurbishment and project coordination in-house. We moved from finding the right home to transforming it — managing complete refurbishments from the first idea to the final handover, coordinating architects, engineers, contractors and specialist trades so our clients didn't have to.
Along the way, owners living abroad asked us to be their eyes, hands and judgment on the ground. Today, Hammond Row represents private clients, investors and overseas owners across prime London — from period apartments in South Kensington to landmark homes in Mayfair and Battersea Power Station — always hands-on, always accountable, and always acting as if the property were our own.

Hammond is led by Ahmad Hammoud, who founded the company on the belief that clients deserve one trusted person to stand in their corner — from the first viewing to the final handover. Over more than a decade in prime Central London property, Ahmad has represented buyers through acquisition, led complete refurbishments, and acted as Owner's Representative on projects valued into the millions.
His approach is deliberately hands-on: a daily on-site presence during critical stages, close coordination of the 30-plus trades and consultants a luxury project demands, and the authority — entrusted by clients — to make day-to-day decisions so progress is never delayed. Working alongside partners such as Harrods Interiors, he has delivered homes finished to the highest standard while safeguarding each client's budget, programme and peace of mind.
