The client engaged us as their Client Representative to reimagine the interior as a contemporary luxury home, retaining the building's distinctive character while introducing a refined, comfortable and highly serviced living space.
From initial design coordination through to final commissioning, we acted as the single point of contact between the client, the design team and every specialist trade — protecting programme, quality and budget at each stage.
Scope of Works
